About The Position

The Vice President, Information Technology holds a pivotal executive mandate in enabling Englobe’s continued growth, performance, and digital transformation. This leader will be accountable for the full technology portfolio, shaping and executing a forward-looking enterprise technology strategy that advances business priorities, strengthens operational excellence, and supports acquisition-driven expansion. As a member of the executive leadership team, the incumbent will ensure technology capabilities remain secure, resilient, and scalable, positioned as a meaningful driver of enterprise value creation. The incumbent will join a high-performing IT organization anchored by a stable, low-turnover workforce and a strong culture of disciplined execution. The team of 45 IT professionals is further supported by a broad ecosystem of strategic partners and specialists. Within the first 12 months, the Vice President will advance the enterprise roadmap with a focus on cybersecurity, AI, integration, and modernization—while building a repeatable IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration capability that accelerates value realization and minimizes operational disruption.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a VP, SVP, or CIO within a complex, growth-oriented organization
  • Strong track record in digital transformation and the modernization of enterprise technology environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading mergers and acquisitions from IT due diligence through post-acquisition integration
  • Deep expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, and resilience
  • Exceptional ability to align technology strategy with business priorities and enterprise value creation
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and leading national or multi-site teams within complex operating environments
  • Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to influence at the most senior levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise change, transformation, and large-scale organizational evolution

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an enterprise technology vision and strategy aligned with business priorities, growth objectives, and long-term value creation
  • Lead the enterprise technology roadmap, positioning AI, cybersecurity, data, applications, and infrastructure as integrated strategic priorities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the President and executive committee on technology strategy, investment priorities, and enterprise risk
  • Champion IT governance, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk management across the organization
  • Provide executive oversight for IT strategy and service delivery across Canada, ensuring operational continuity, scalability, and service excellence
  • Optimize technology investment and portfolio value, establishing clear priorities that maximize business impact and cost discipline
  • Lead M&A IT due diligence and post-acquisition integration—accelerating value realization, reducing transition risk, and maintaining business continuity
  • Maintain strategic alignment with non-integrated entities across the broader enterprise portfolio
  • Govern relationships with strategic technology vendors, managed service providers, and delivery partners
  • Build and sustain a high-performing, distributed IT organization—fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of excellence across Canada.
