Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and based in New York, the Vice President, Global Institutional Marketing will lead the audience strategy and integrated marketing agenda for Cohen & Steers' global institutional business. This leader will bring an independent marketing perspective to the business, combining audience insight, market intelligence and program performance data with the client and relationship intelligence of Sales. Working in partnership with global Sales and business leaders, the role will shape how Cohen & Steers earns attention, builds conviction, advances priority relationships and contributes to business growth. The remit includes pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, insurers, consultants and OCIOs, DCIO and subadvisory relationships. The role is New York based and globally accountable. It is currently an individual contributor position that leads through influence, working across Marketing, Product, Investments, Data, Operations and Compliance and helping define the capabilities and resources required as the business grows. This role will be in-office four workdays per week with flexibility to work remotely one workday per week, subject to manager approval.
