About The Position

The Vice President of Global Field Marketing owns Dataiku’s regional and in-person demand engine, translating global positioning into regional pipeline across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. The role leads field marketing, partner marketing, and the global events portfolio, including Dataiku Succeed, regional Summits and Exchanges, and presence at major ecosystem events. The VP leads a team of 25, is accountable for a material share of company pipeline, and serves on the marketing leadership team. Regular travel across all three regions is required. The primary mandate is alignment with regional sales leaders to generate pipeline and accelerate active deals. The VP shares pipeline accountability with sales and leads territory- and account-level planning, forecasting, program design, and follow-up. The role also establishes an AI-native operating model for marketing, using generative AI to improve planning, personalization, follow-up, investment decisions, and team efficiency. The VP leads regional teams in adapting global campaigns to local markets while maintaining consistent brand and event experiences. They own field and partner marketing budgets and pipeline targets, the strategy and execution of flagship and regional events, partner go-to-market coordination, and consistent ROI measurement. The position requires a leader who uses data to allocate investment, builds regional leadership capability, works credibly with enterprise sales, and communicates candidly about performance and trade-offs.
