About The Position

The Vice President, Brand and Digital Marketing reports to Equinix’s CMO and owns global brand strategy and identity, the content and narrative agenda, paid media investment, social channel execution, and the corporate web experience. The role brings these areas together into a coherent, differentiated expression of the platform company Equinix is building. It leads the Brand, Social Media, Content, Paid Media, and Web teams, serves as a strategic content partner to Communications, and collaborates with Revenue Marketing, Product & Technical Marketing, and Field & Partner Marketing so brand building and demand generation reinforce one another. The VP is responsible for global brand expression, creative standards, brand health, thought leadership, messaging, paid media, corporate web strategy and performance, and social channels. The role partners with Communications/PR on narrative consistency, industry visibility, and analyst relations, while working with regional leaders to adapt global narratives locally without fragmenting core positioning. It leads and develops global teams across Brand, Social, Thought Leadership, Paid Media, and Web, including succession and growth planning.
