Vice President of Digital Growth Marketing

About The Position

The Vice President of Digital Growth Marketing owns digital growth strategy and performance across paid media, website conversion, organic and AI search, measurement, and full-funnel optimization. The role directs agency execution and a growing, multi-million-dollar annual media investment, optimizing toward qualified leads, enrolled debt, and profitability rather than front-end cost per lead alone. It also oversees digital response experiences and web properties for CreditAssociates, American Debt Relief, Credit Answers, and Debt Health. The position scales content, creative, reporting, and testing with AI-driven capabilities and partners with Sales, Analytics, Technology, Creative, Digital Experience, Legal, and Compliance. It leads internal digital-growth resources and external agencies, aligns lead volume and quality with call-center capacity, and ensures acquisition activity follows applicable legal and compliance requirements. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Plano, Texas. Travel is not required, though occasional attendance at relevant digital-marketing conferences may be supported for professional growth. Success is measured by sustainable growth in new enrolled debt at a 6+ MER, improved lead-to-enrollment conversion and lead quality, lower blended cost per enrolled-debt dollar, and increased organic and AI-search share of qualified leads.
