Norwell Veterinary Hospital is looking for a compassionate, organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll help create exceptional experiences while supporting the daily flow of our busy hospital. Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily patient flow
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and medical information
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, follow-up care, and patient needs
  • Process payments and assist with financial transactions
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks
  • Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Be a positive and supportive resource for clients, patients, and teammates
