Meadows Cat Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist for a full-time position. The Veterinary Receptionist will create a welcoming experience for clients and their cats, serve as a connection between clients and the veterinary team, coordinate appointments, communicate professionally, support client check-in/check-out, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teammates for excellent patient care and client service.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for clients and their cats
Serve as an important connection between clients and the veterinary medical team
Help coordinate appointments and keep the hospital’s daily schedule running smoothly
Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients in person and by phone
Support efficient client check-in and check-out
Help maintain accurate client and patient information
