About The Position

Meadows Cat Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join their team. This role is for a full-time position with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts during the week (Monday through Friday), with one Saturday per month. The hospital practices progressive feline-specific medicine and is an AAHA-accredited practice with Cat Friendly Practice (CFP) Gold status. They also promote Fear Free and Low-Stress Handling standards. The clinic culture is positive, and the schedule facilitates a proper work-life balance. The Veterinary Receptionist will create a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and their cats, serve as a connection between clients and the veterinary medical team, coordinate appointments, communicate professionally, support client check-in and check-out, maintain accurate client and patient information, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a positive, low-stress environment.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for clients and their cats
