Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and their pets
Serve as an important connection between clients and the veterinary medical team

Assist with appointment scheduling and help keep the hospital’s daily schedule organized
Answer phones and communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
Help maintain accurate client and patient information
Support client education and communication throughout the veterinary visit
Collaborate with teammates to keep hospital operations running smoothly
