About The Position

Blue Sky Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) to join their award-winning team. This full-time position offers a salary of $21.00–$23.00 per hour and a schedule of 4 10-hour shifts. Requirements

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or humane society preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
Confidence working in a fast-paced veterinary environment
Desire to continue learning and growing professionally

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital communications
Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
Educate clients on hospital services and preventive care recommendations
Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
Support veterinarians and the medical team through effective communication and coordination
Help create an exceptional experience for every client and patient
