About The Position

Valley Animal Hospital & Pet Resort in Huntsville, AL is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care. The hospital has been serving Huntsville with the finest veterinary care since 1992 and is AAHA accredited, Fear Free certified, and a Cat Friendly Practice. They operate out of two buildings: a full-service hospital and a cutting-edge wellness center, and also run a Dog Day Camp. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service setting.
• Understanding of clear, effective communication with clients and team members.
• Comfortable with handling payments, a multi-line phone system, email and other means of client reporting.
• Strong willingness to maintain a clean, presentable environment.
• Team-first attitude and commitment to a positive work culture.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Avimark.
