Blue Sky Veterinary Clinic is hiring an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join their award-winning team. The role involves welcoming clients and patients, managing multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, educating clients on services, maintaining the reception area, and supporting the medical team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a veterinary setting, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a positive attitude, and a passion for animals.

Requirements

Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or humane society preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Confidence working in a fast-paced veterinary environment

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital communications
Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
Educate clients on hospital services and preventive care recommendations
Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
Support veterinarians and the medical team through effective communication and coordination
Help create an exceptional experience for every client and patient
