Scout Veterinary Urgent Care•Brookfield, WI

About The Position

Scout Veterinary Urgent Care is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Director to build and lead its first Wisconsin hospital in Brookfield. The director will join before the hospital opens in early 2027, help hire and onboard the founding team, prepare the clinic for launch, and carry out the local launch plan. After opening, this person will serve as the on-the-ground operational leader, working with executive leadership and clinical support teams to ensure the hospital runs smoothly, supports its staff, serves clients well, and performs financially. The role combines hospital operations, financial oversight, team leadership, client experience, recruiting, and community relations. The director will be regularly present in the clinic and visit referral partners and community events. Some work may be done off-site, but this is not a remote role. The director may occasionally cover front-of-house shifts and must be comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing organization where plans and processes can change.
