About The Position

Sage Veterinary Imaging is hiring a Veterinary Client Services Coordinator to support patient care, client communication, scheduling, administrative accuracy, and daily hospital operations. The coordinator helps keep reception and shared areas clean, organized, and stocked, and supports other departments as needed. Success in the role means providing courteous and efficient service, keeping records and transactions accurate, learning hospital processes quickly, taking initiative, and contributing to a positive experience for clients, patients, and teammates. The position involves working around animals in a veterinary medical environment and performing both administrative and hands-on tasks.
