As we continue expanding our Emergency & Specialty services throughout Central and Northeast Florida, we are seeking experienced Client Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team in South Daytona. The Client Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for our clients and referring veterinarians. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience while ensuring efficient communication and workflow throughout the hospital. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and remains calm under pressure while providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representative
  • Experience working in a veterinary hospital setting
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and compassionate in emergency situations
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospital
  • Experience managing high call volumes and busy reception environments
  • Working knowledge of ezyVet and/or VetRadar
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and specialty services

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and compassion
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule appointments, consultations, diagnostics, and procedures accurately
  • Efficiently check patients in and out
  • Review treatment estimates, invoices, and payment options with clients
  • Process payments and maintain financial accuracy
  • Assist with emergency patient arrivals and urgent client needs
  • Maintain complete and accurate medical and client records
  • Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and referring veterinary hospitals
  • Support a positive, collaborative team environment while delivering exceptional client service
