We are seeking a confident, caring, and results-driven Client Service Manager to support day-to-day client service operations under the mentorship of the Practice Manager and hospital leadership team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to lead with compassion in a fast-paced hospital environment
  • Passion for client service, team development, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support Client Service Associates to deliver compassionate, proactive client experiences
  • Help navigate escalated or stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Partner with leadership to create effective staffing schedules that support both clients and team members
  • Serve as a vital connection between clients, patients, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and team development
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members and internal transfers
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture
