About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital in NE Portland is seeking a confident, caring, and results-driven Client Service Manager to support day-to-day client service operations. The Client Service Manager will work under the mentorship of the Practice Manager and hospital leadership team.

Requirements

3–5 years of supervisory or management experience
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Ability to lead with compassion in a fast-paced hospital environment
Passion for client service, team development, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

Coach and support Client Service Associates to deliver compassionate, proactive client experiences.
Help navigate escalated or stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
Partner with leadership to create effective staffing schedules that support both clients and team members.
Serve as a vital connection between clients, patients, and caregivers.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and team development.
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members and internal transfers.
Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture.
