About The Position

Chessie Lane Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to manage the front desk operations and ensure a welcoming experience for pet parents. The ideal candidate will love animals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask effectively. This role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries, processing payments, maintaining records, and supporting the medical team to ensure efficient clinic operations. The CSR will also be responsible for maintaining a calm and comfortable atmosphere for both pets and their owners during busy periods.

Responsibilities

Greeting pets and their humans
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping the day on track
Helping pet parents with questions, check-ins, payments and updates
Managing records, messages and all the little details that keep the clinic running smoothly
Supporting the medical team so appointments flow efficiently
Keeping calm during busy moments and helping stressed pets (and humans) feel comfortable
Being the friendly face people remember when they walk through the door
