About The Position

Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (GCVS) is expanding its reach with a secondary satellite location in Webster, TX. This new facility will bring the same expertise, state-of-the-art technology, and compassionate care to a broader area, making critical and specialized treatments more accessible to pet owners. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency, critical care and specialty departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities

Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
