About The Position

Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (GCVS) is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their team. GCVS is a leading provider of specialized care for companion animals, known for its commitment to excellence and state-of-the-art facility. The role involves supporting emergency, critical care, and specialty departments by welcoming and assisting guests, educating clients and referring veterinarians about services, coordinating appointments, managing communications, and maintaining client/pet records.

Responsibilities

  • Inform clients and referring veterinarians about comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments at the multi-specialist hospital.
  • Handle reminder and follow-up communications with clients via phone and email.
  • Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files.
