Availability to work rotating Saturdays
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets warmly and check them in and out efficiently
Answer phones, return messages, and respond to client questions with care and clarity
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar to keep the clinic on track
Process payments, estimates, and invoices accurately
Maintain and update medical records and client information
Handle prescription and food requests and coordinate them with the medical team
Communicate clearly with veterinarians and veterinary technicians about patient flow and client needs
Support clients with compassion during emotional moments, including difficult diagnoses and end-of-life care
Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized
