About The Position

This role is also recognized as a Veterinary Receptionist or Client Service Representative and is all about creating great experiences for pets and their people. As a Client Care Representative, you set the tone for every visit—welcoming families, easing stress, and offering comfort and clarity in every situation. You’ll check clients in and out, manage phone calls and scheduling, handle electronic medical records with accuracy, and support communication between clients and the clinical team. Your compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail make a lasting impact on every pet and person who walks through our doors. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role (veterinary, medical, or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage phones, schedules, and client interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Comfort using computers and electronic medical records systems (training provided)
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling client information and payments
  • A calm, kind presence—even when things get busy
  • Availability for evening or weekend shifts as needed
