About The Position
AcutePet Urgent Care is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician for its location in Solon, Ohio. This role is designed for licensed technicians who want to practice at the top of their license, offering trust and autonomy in a fast-paced urgent care environment. The position involves utilizing your skills in areas such as placing IVs, running diagnostics, monitoring anesthesia, assisting with procedures, and providing direct patient care. Requirements
- Active veterinary technician license (LVT/RVT/CVT) as required by the State of Ohio
- Confidence in performing technical skills such as IV catheter placement, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, and patient triage
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- A calm, positive demeanor and commitment to teamwork
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an urgent care or emergency setting preferred, but not required
