About The Position
Bond Vet is dedicated to strengthening the human-animal bond through superior pet care, offering primary and urgent care services. Our clinics are designed to be welcoming and technologically advanced, with in-house technology allowing for continuous innovation to enhance the experience for veterinary teams, pets, and clients. Following a merger with Small Door Veterinary in July 2026, the combined organization will operate over 55 clinics across major markets, serving a significant pet population. This role is crucial in shaping the future of the organization and advancing its mission to transform veterinary care. Bond Vet prioritizes sustainability and the well-being of its veterinary staff, ensuring they can focus on patient care. The role includes supportive staff, advanced technology, a positive clinic environment, and the autonomy to practice medicine with comprehensive support. Mentorship and growth opportunities are provided through personalized training and mentorship plans, including specialized training in dental, ultrasound, and urgent care within the first year. Support is available for managing difficult client conversations, and board-certified specialists can be consulted for case expertise. Opportunities for leadership roles are also available based on experience. The company fosters a positive culture with strong remote nursing support for client needs, triaging, and daily tasks. Direct communication with leadership and influence over policies are encouraged. The company does not tolerate poor client behavior.
Requirements
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
- State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure; To include all states for clinics worked.
- A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
- The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
- A collaborative mindset.
