About The Position
Imperial Cleaning is hiring a Cleaner to clean buildings and facilities in Lower Manhattan. The role includes routine cleaning and disinfecting of floors, surfaces, restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes, replenishing supplies, and disposing of trash and recyclables. Cleaners may also handle approved special customer requests and identify and report possible repairs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum, and clean surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and other items in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
- Wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, and related areas.
- Handle additional approved special requests from customers.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
