About The Position
Imperial Cleaning is hiring a Cleaner to maintain buildings and facilities in Aventura, Florida. The role includes cleaning floors and surfaces, disinfecting fixtures and shared spaces, replenishing supplies, emptying waste and recycling, handling approved customer requests, and reporting possible repairs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum, and clean surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
- Wipe down walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, and baseboards.
- Handle additional approved special requests from customers.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
