About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role grows, deepens, and manages relationships with affluent customers and customers with complex financial needs, serving as their primary contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker owns and actively grows a defined book of business, uses goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight, and provides integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role also supports everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests. Success depends on relationship-building, proactive engagement, and collaboration with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners. The banker uses discovery-led conversations to understand customer goals, offers comprehensive financial guidance and ongoing reviews, and helps customers make informed decisions. The role also promotes digital banking adoption, supports branch colleagues with complex client needs, and maintains accurate documentation and strong risk and compliance controls. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are successfully completed. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role upon successful completion. Required FINRA and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within designated timeframes and maintained for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
