About The Position

Airway Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced veterinarian who is eager to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role, with a clear pathway to Chief of Staff. We are a progressive, well-established multi-doctor practice committed to providing exceptional client service and high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals. Our experienced doctors and support team work collaboratively, handling a diverse caseload that includes soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, along with a wide range of medical cases. Requirements

  • Experienced veterinarian
  • Eager to grow into a leadership role
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Ohio
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animals.
  • Handle a diverse caseload including soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, along with a wide range of medical cases.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of doctors and support staff.
  • Work closely with community partners such as Greene County Humane Society, Wonder Dogs, and Purebred Rescue.
  • Develop leadership skills with a pathway to Chief of Staff.
  • Mentor new graduates and support their clinical skill development.
