About The Position
Wellshire Animal Hospital is looking to welcome the newest Associate DVM to our growing small animal practice! We are searching for a compassionate veterinarian that values teamwork, has a great work ethic, and will fit in perfectly with our positive culture. We’re an excellent choice for experienced doctors who are searching for collaboration. A strong interest in surgery and dentistry is highly preferred. Must be licensed, or able to become licensed, in the state of Colorado for consideration. This is a full-time role, ideally comprised of 3 weekdays and Saturday coverage. There are no emergency or on-call services for this position.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD from an accredited program
- Licensed veterinarian (or eligible) in Colorado
- 3+ years of hands-on clinical veterinarian experience preferred
- Strong surgical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Passion for high-quality patient care and client service
Nice To Haves
- A strong interest in surgery and dentistry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our doctors (2FT, 2PT) and talented support team (includes multiple CVTs)
- Have a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Build and uphold existing relationships with the local community
- Provide loving care to small animals and a peace of mind to their humans

- Have medical freedom to practice skills you’re proficient in or explore areas you’d like to learn
