About The Position

Bond Vet is dedicated to strengthening the human-animal bond through superior pet care, offering primary and urgent care services. Our clinics are designed to be welcoming and pet-friendly, integrating advanced in-house technology to enhance the experience for veterinary teams, pets, and clients. We prioritize the well-being of our veterinary professionals, ensuring they can provide excellent care to their patients. Supportive staff, cutting-edge technology, and a positive work environment, including snacks, are provided. Veterinarians are given the autonomy to practice medicine as they see fit, with comprehensive support. Mentorship and growth opportunities are available, including personalized training, mentorship plans, and required continuing education (CE) in dental, ultrasound, and urgent care within the first year. Support is available for handling difficult client conversations. Access to board-certified specialists for case consultation and opportunities for leadership roles are also provided. The company fosters a positive culture with a highly skilled remote support team of nurses to assist with client needs and daily tasks. Direct communication with leadership and influence over policies are encouraged. Bond Vet does not tolerate poor client behavior, ensuring a supportive environment for staff.

Requirements

  • Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent).
  • State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure (including all states for clinics worked).
  • Passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
  • Ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
  • Collaborative mindset.
