About The Position

Requirements

• DVM/VMD and surgical residency completion (or residency-trained).
• TN veterinary license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Team-focused, compassionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced surgical procedures using state-of-the-art diagnostics.
• Collaborate with a strong, multidisciplinary specialty and ER team.
• Provide compassionate, clear communication to pet owners.
• Contribute to a culture focused on learning, excellence, and continuous improvement.
