About The Position

Reimagine Resources is seeking a motivated Vertical Market Development Manager to focus on the Residential, Hospitality, and Development sectors. This role involves selling new and upgraded fitness equipment and related services to various clients including hotels, hospitality groups, multifamily operators, developers, builders, corporations, HOAs, and luxury residential clients. The position requires managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order coordination and supporting post-sale services. The role offers a growth path to full-time employment with base pay, benefits, and commissions after demonstrating success in closing deals and building a pipeline. This is a field-based position with daytime availability and travel flexibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years selling to hotels, hospitality groups, multifamily operators, developers, builders, corporations, HOAs, or luxury residential clients
  • Proven ability to generate and close business in amenity, development, construction-adjacent, or relationship-driven commercial environments
  • Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales and project coordination
  • Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
  • Reliable transportation for property visits and in-person meetings
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean background & drug test
  • Professional appearance

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships with developers, property groups, builders, hotel operators, or corporate decision-makers are a strong plus
  • Understands Residential, Hospitality, and Development needs: aesthetics, project timing, property coordination, durable equipment, and responsive service support

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and upgraded fitness equipment and related services for hospitality, multifamily, HOA, apartment, luxury residential, corporate, and development-driven environments.
  • Prospect developers, management groups, builders, corporations, and property decision-makers directly.
  • Run the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal, close, and order coordination.
  • Support design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management.
  • Target your local market plus broader Residential, Hospitality, and Development opportunities.
