About The Position

Join a new High-Performance Fitness Solutions Sales Team at Reimagine Resources. Reimagine Resources is a values-driven fitness resources services company offering full gym design, commercial fitness equipment procurement and sales, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management to commercial spaces across the US and beyond. We are looking for reliable, skilled sales professionals who can work independently with limited training, thrive in a professional and structured environment, and align with our company values of integrity, ownership, and results. This role involves owning all aspects of education and sports performance markets, including K-12, colleges, universities, athletic departments, rec centers, and semi-pro and pro training facilities. There is a growth path after proven performance, starting as a contract-to-hire role with the potential for full-time employment offering base pay, benefits, and commissions. Future lead opportunities will be earned through measurable performance and results. The position offers vertical ownership of schools, universities, rec centers, semi-pro, and pro sports opportunities, starting from a local base with broader vertical support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years selling to schools, colleges, universities, athletic departments, training facilities, or related institutional buyers
  • Proven ability to generate and close business in education, athletics, or other relationship-driven B2B environments
  • Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales and stakeholder coordination
  • Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
  • Reliable transportation for campus visits, training facilities, and in-person meetings
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean background & drug test
  • Professional appearance

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships with athletic directors, university contacts, school leaders, coaches, or training facility operators are a strong plus
  • Understands Education & Sports Performance needs: performance equipment, budget cycles, approval processes, and dependable service support
  • Education, athletics, institutional, or related sales track record preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Education & Sports Performance development from your local base
  • Sell new and upgraded fitness equipment and related services for schools, universities, training facilities, and sports performance environments.
  • Prospect institutions, departments, athletic organizations, and training leaders directly.
  • Run the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal, close, and order coordination.
  • Support design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management.
  • Target your local market plus broader Education & Sports Performance opportunities.
