About The Position

Reimagine Resources is seeking a motivated sales professional to join their high-performance fitness solutions sales team. This role focuses on developing business within the Healthcare, Senior Living, and Public Sector markets. The company offers a full range of services including gym design, equipment procurement, installation, service, and asset management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, thrives in a structured environment, and aligns with the company's values of integrity, ownership, and results. This position offers a growth path from a commission-based role to a full-time position with base pay, benefits, and commissions after demonstrating success in closing deals and building a pipeline. The role involves end-to-end market development, including prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting various service aspects. The position is field-based, requiring travel within the local market and potentially nationwide for specific opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years selling to senior living, rehab, PT, medical, municipal, government, or related institutional buyers
  • Proven ability to generate and close business in healthcare, public-sector, or relationship-driven B2B environments
  • Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales and disciplined follow-through
  • Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
  • Understands Healthcare, Senior Living, and Public Sector needs: safety, reliability, stakeholder coordination, budget awareness, and service responsiveness
  • Healthcare, senior living, rehabilitation, public-sector, government, or related sales track record preferred
  • Reliable transportation for site visits and in-person meetings
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean background & drug test
  • Professional appearance

Nice To Haves

  • Existing relationships with administrators, clinic groups, municipal departments, procurement teams, or public-sector decision-makers are a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and upgraded fitness equipment and related services for senior living, PT, medical, municipal, and public-sector environments.
  • Prospect facilities, departments, administrators, and institutional decision-makers directly.
  • Run the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal, close, and order coordination.
  • Support design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management.
  • Target your local market plus broader Healthcare, Senior Living, and Public Sector opportunities.
  • Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains.
