About The Position

ISG Enterprises is seeking an experienced and motivated HR professional to serve as a Vertical HR Manager supporting multiple operating companies within one of its business verticals. This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced operational environment.

The Vertical HR Manager serves as the primary HR partner for assigned companies, supporting leaders and employees across recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, benefits support, HR administration, and leadership coaching. The position works directly with business leaders across multiple locations to help drive consistency, accountability, and employee engagement throughout the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong background in employee relations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Coach leaders and support performance management.
• Administer HR compliance and policies.
• Coordinate leaves of absence and accommodations.
• Administer the HRIS and maintain employee records.
• Support benefits administration and employee communication.
• Support workforce planning and organizational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
