About The Position

OneRevel is seeking a construction-focused project manager to own delivery of venue projects, including budgets, schedules, purchasing, trade coordination, and client handoff. The role manages large, complex, multi-trade commercial projects and requires strong construction scheduling, labor planning, project financial, and documentation discipline. Audiovisual experience is not required; general contracting, construction management, and mechanical, electrical, or specialty trade backgrounds are strong fits. The Venue Project Manager will lead two venue superintendents, work directly with the Chief Operating Officer, and establish standards for future venue projects. Projects serve professional stadiums, arenas, and ballparks, where opening dates are fixed and installations support venue operations and seasons. The position is in-office in Kaysville, Utah, and requires regular travel to assigned venues. The work takes place in live venue and active construction environments, including heights, lifts, load-in windows, and event-day constraints.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years managing commercial construction projects on the general contractor, construction management, or specialty trade side, with named accountability for schedule and budget.
  • PMP certification or a comparable formal project management credential.
  • Demonstrated ownership of project financials, including budget baselines, cost tracking, forecasting, change order authorship and negotiation, and reporting against margin.
  • Fluency in construction scheduling, including building and maintaining resource-loaded schedules and Gantt charts.
  • Experience planning labor allocation across concurrent projects.
  • Experience coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trade partners, including compliance, insurance, and safety requirements.
  • Strong documentation discipline, demonstrated through submittals, change orders, as-builts, and closeout packages.
  • Experience leading or developing field leadership personnel such as superintendents, foremen, or project engineers.
  • Comfort working in live venue and active construction environments, including heights, lifts, load-in windows, and event-day constraints.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to assigned venues.
  • Ability to work in-office in Kaysville, Utah; the position is not remote-eligible.
