Requirements

Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations, specifically taking initiatives from zero to one.
Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets to drive strategic insights and business decisions.
Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles.
Proficiency in applying frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to solve ambiguous business challenges in the AdTech space.

Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem or the Rewarded User Acquisition landscape.

Responsibilities

Spearhead large-scale Fintech ventures from inception to high-revenue integration, owning the entire strategic lifecycle.
Drive the execution of high-priority missions directly with the leadership team, using rapid testing and data-based decisions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for major advertisers, managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies to improve internal processes and company-wide efficiency in collaboration with R&D leads.
Coordinate workshops and lead execution across departments to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
