The Venture Manager will serve as a strategic catalyst, transforming founder visions into scalable, high-growth business units. This role requires a blend of consulting expertise and execution focus, leading the end-to-end launch of critical company initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in strategic consulting or high-growth startup operations, specifically taking initiatives from zero to one.
  • Deep proficiency in analyzing market trends and complex datasets to drive strategic insights and business decisions.
  • Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in applying frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to solve ambiguous business challenges in the AdTech space.
  • Treat the business as your own, taking full responsibility for the success of your ventures and never letting a high-priority topic drift without a clear outcome.
  • Set frighteningly high standards for excellence, mentoring others and building frameworks that elevate the entire team’s ability to scale.
  • Thrive under intensity and iterate rapidly, preferring to launch a bold test today and learn from the results rather than waiting for a perfect plan tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead strategic ventures from scratch, transforming raw concepts into functioning, scalable revenue streams that align with Almedia’s growth goals.
  • Drive the execution of high-priority missions directly with our leadership team, using rapid testing and data-based decisions to move from strategy to reality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the world’s biggest advertisers, managing high-level expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Develop whitepapers and innovative scaling methodologies to improve internal processes and company-wide efficiency in collaboration with R&D leads.
  • Coordinate workshops and lead execution across departments to ensure initiatives are delivered without delay and reach our high quality standards.
