About The Position

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide ventilator and tracheostomy care for an ALS client in Yelm, Washington. This is a part-time role with consistent hours in a supportive home environment. Morning hours are available, and the position may suit new graduates interested in on-the-job training. There may be opportunities to become full-time.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Washington State.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Dependable and compassionate, with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to the client’s home in Yelm.

Nice To Haves

• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is preferred.
• On-the-job training is available and the role is described as suitable for new RNs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and skilled ventilator and tracheostomy care in the client’s home.
• Monitor and document the client’s condition, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Communicate and coordinate with the care team to support high-quality care.
• Provide comfort, education, and support to the client and family.
