About The Position

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide ventilator and tracheostomy care for an ALS client in Yelm, Washington. This part-time, PRN position offers consistent morning hours and one-on-one care in a supportive home environment. The role may suit new graduates, with on-the-job training available. Opportunities to become full-time are available.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Washington State.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Dependability, compassion, and excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to the client’s home in Yelm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and skilled ventilator and tracheostomy care in the client’s home.
• Monitor and document the client’s condition, and promptly report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Communicate and coordinate with the care team to support high-quality care.
• Provide comfort, education, and support to the client and their family.
