About The Position
Right at Home is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide ventilator and tracheostomy care for an ALS client in Yelm, Washington. This part-time PRN role offers consistent morning hours and one-on-one care in a supportive home environment. The position may suit new graduates, with on-the-job training available. There are opportunities to become full-time.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Washington State.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Dependability, compassion, and excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the client’s home in Yelm.
Nice To Haves
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and skilled ventilator and tracheostomy care in the client’s home.
- Monitor and document the client’s condition, reporting changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Communicate and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality care.
- Provide comfort, education, and support to the client and family.
