About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for home care to join its Norristown office. The role provides one-to-one private-duty care to clients in their homes, with clients ranging in age, diagnosis, and acuity. Nurses travel to one nearby client’s home on a schedule they choose and receive paid virtual and hands-on orientation, along with additional paid training to support safe and competent care.

Requirements

Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Travel to one client’s home near the Norristown office and provide one-to-one care on a chosen schedule.
