About The Position

Hassle Free Home Services is a luxury home management company serving members in more than 20 markets. The company relies on local contractors to complete work at high-end homes and is expanding rapidly, with expansion starting in February 2027.

The Vendor Sourcing Specialist connects Home Managers with local contractors. The role focuses on outbound calls, contractor relationship-building, and identifying suitable vendors for each job. The specialist supports Home Managers with vendor requests, helps vendors complete onboarding, and tracks sourcing activity in the company's platform.

Success is measured by the time from a Home Manager's request to the first vendor quote, the share of requests filled, and the number of sourced vendors who go on to win approved projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume phone role, such as inside sales, recruiting, staffing, or a similar field.
• Comfort making many calls per day and maintaining momentum after rejection.
• Ability to pitch busy contractors concisely and establish a clear next step.
• Fast, persistent follow-up and attention to ensuring tasks are completed.
• Organized and comfortable using a CRM or similar tool.

• Knowledge of home services trades or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support Home Managers with vendor requests and sourcing, especially high performers.
• Call ranked lists of local vendors and screen candidates for fit, driving distance, and licensing.
• Provide Home Managers with a shortlist of vendors ready to quote, after sharing job details with them.
• Send vendors onboarding links and follow up until they confirm payment details and submit a certificate of insurance.
• Lead a one-time effort to collect missing vendor documents, supporting the Vendor Operations Manager.
• Post hard-to-fill jobs to outside sourcing platforms when vendor lists are insufficient.
• Record vendor requests and contacts in the company platform and track fulfillment, speed, and vendor outcomes.
