About The Position

Hassle Free Home Services is a luxury home management company serving members across more than 20 markets. The company relies on local contractors—including plumbers, HVAC professionals, general contractors, and landscapers—to complete work at members’ homes. With rapid expansion starting in February 2027, the Vendor Sourcing Specialist will connect Home Managers with suitable local contractors quickly. The role is primarily phone-based and focused on building contractor relationships, explaining the benefits of working with Hassle Free, and identifying qualified vendors for individual jobs.

The specialist supports Home Managers with vendor requests, prioritizes support for high performers, and sources contractors who can provide quotes. The role also includes vendor onboarding follow-up, collecting missing documentation, posting hard-to-fill jobs to outside sourcing platforms, and tracking requests and vendor contacts in the company platform. Success is measured by the time from a request to the first vendor quote, the share of requests filled, and whether sourced vendors win approved projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume phone role such as inside sales, recruiting, staffing, or a similar field.
• Comfort making many calls per day and hearing no without losing momentum.
• Ability to pitch a busy contractor in under a minute and establish a clear next step.
• Fast, persistent follow-up and attention to ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Organization and comfort using a CRM or similar tool.

Responsibilities

• Support Home Managers with vendor requests and sourcing, especially high performers, so they can focus on selling.
• Call through ranked lists of local vendors and screen each for fit, driving distance, and licensing.
• Provide Home Managers with a shortlist of vendors ready to quote, with job details already shared.
• Send vendors the onboarding link and follow up until they confirm payment details and provide a certificate of insurance.
• Lead a one-time effort to collect missing vendor documents in support of the Vendor Operations Manager.
• Post hard-to-fill jobs to outside sourcing platforms when vendor lists do not produce enough options.
• Track every request and vendor contact in the company platform, including what is filled, how quickly, and which vendors turn into work.
