This role is ideal for someone experienced in vendor rebates, trade spend, customer incentives, buying groups, or financial program management. The position offers a high-impact leadership opportunity to partner directly with Executive Leadership, improve systems, and drive revenue within a collaborative, team-first culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in rebate, trade spend, commercial finance, revenue management, or financial operations
• Leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• A passion for improving processes and solving problems
