About The Position

The Vendor Management Coordinator will support Trove Nutrition, a subsidiary of Trove Brands and home to Oath Nutrition, a sports performance brand. The role focuses on coordinating with domestic vendors and co-manufacturers, supporting product quality and on-time shipping, and managing purchase orders and production schedules. It requires close collaboration across departments to resolve problems and provide solutions. This is a fully in-office position in Lehi, Utah.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to arrange details and resources to maximize productivity.
• A disciplined approach that values routine and structure, with a commitment to completing tasks before deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, error-free work.
• Ability to keep proprietary information confidential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with Claude Cowork AI.
• A minimum 18-month commitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with domestic vendors and co-manufacturers through daily emails and regular video calls.
• Build supplier relationships to maintain high standards of product quality and on-time shipping.
• Create and schedule purchase orders with vendors and co-manufacturers.
• Manage production schedules.
• Work interdepartmentally to solve problems and provide creative solutions.
• Review and rate vendors and co-manufacturers using quarterly scorecard metrics.
