About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a Vendor Account Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our staffing strategy and ensuring our project teams are optimally resourced. You'll be responsible for delivering key insights and reports that drive our staffing and resource allocation decisions. Requirements

  • Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent practical experience.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in staffing project teams, management consulting, corporate strategy, or an equivalent field.
  • Possess 1+ years of experience in technology professional services (desired).
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively and ensure optimal staffing for project teams.
  • Basic understanding of capacity planning models.
  • Experience in staffing and forecasting within fractional staffing models.
  • The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.
  • Work is generally sedentary in nature.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledgeable about cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Experienced with Looker or similar BI tools.
  • Familiar with FinancialForce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive resource management plan that aligns with organizational goals and project requirements
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Professional Services leadership to optimize staffing practices for best utilization
  • Assign the right people to projects based on skills stored in the system of record, availability, and project requirements shared by project team
  • Lead weekly meetings to ensure project needs are met and to share key business updates
  • Forecast future resource needs and proactively address potential resource gaps
  • Ensure resource management system of record is up to date and accurate
