Requirements

  • A pre-employment background check will be conducted.
  • As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal background check.
  • Additionally, a credit check and drivers abstract may be required depending on the role.
  • In certain provinces (e.g. British Columbia) you are required to obtain and maintain a valid security worker licence to perform your position's duties. If applicable, you must obtain the required license and provide proof of satisfactory to the Company that you have obtained it on or before your start date.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the onboarding and offboarding process for all vendors in collaboration with Rogers and the vendors' support teams
  • Monitor new hire training and on-going course completion and success on 1Mission
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure enablement by confirming access to uniforms, necessary tools, and systems to ensure success in the field
  • Liaise with the vendors on hierarchy updates and ensure team rosters are up to date
  • Support the vendor teams with compensation updates and issue resolution
  • Deploy pricing and system updates to the vendors' teams by timely testing, issue reporting, and resolution updates
  • Conduct regular compliance audits to maintain sales quality and reduce revenue melt.
  • Monitor lead conversion, lead utilization, daily door knocks, field time, etc., for sales efficiency.
  • Provide operational support to sales leaders through reporting and data analysis for sales effectiveness.
  • Lead discussions with vendors on marketing, promotional and product updates to ensure the field team is updated.
