Imagine360 is seeking a Vendor Manager to join the team! The Vendor Manager will facilitate and maintain both new and existing relationships between the Imagine360 organization and vendors/partners. Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with implementing and managing healthcare vendor partnerships
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Adept at understanding service contracts and operational implications
  • Should be able to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Project management experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, including timeline management, stakeholder communication, and deliverable tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain relationships between Imagine360 and assigned vendor partners; serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and escalations.
  • Support vendor selection and approval activities by coordinating internal due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder input for company-approved vendors.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding activities, including implementation requirements, internal routing, and readiness milestones in partnership with Implementation, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain vendor process documentation and reference materials (e.g., implementation steps, operational workflows, contacts) and support development of training content as needed.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service delivery by tracking operational metrics and recurring issues; communicate trends and risks to internal stakeholders.
  • Track vendor adherence to contractual requirements and service levels; partner with internal contract owners to address gaps and support renewals or amendments as needed.
  • Research and evaluate proposed vendors and partnerships, gathering operational considerations, implementation requirements, and impact to existing workflows prior to approval.
  • Establish and apply standards for evaluating approved vendors (e.g., implementation readiness, operational fit, performance expectations) and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Maintain the approved vendor catalog and reference library, including key contacts, service scope, operational requirements, and escalation paths.
  • Facilitate recurring vendor touchpoints to review implementation status (as applicable), open issues, action items, and risk mitigation; document outcomes and follow up to closure.
