About The Position

The Vending Operations Manager oversees the company’s nationwide cooler and vending business. The role builds and maintains supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and maintains a strong network of service agents. It supports placement and maintenance of cooler and vending machines across National Beverage Corp., and coordinates equipment for trade shows, events, and promotions in support of sales and marketing teams.

• Experience in a related field, including consumer products or vending/refrigeration, is a positive.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple regions, including equipment servicing.
• Maintain a nationwide network of service agents to service vending and cooling equipment.
• Support marketing teams with coolers or vending machines for shows, events, and promotional activities, including procurement, setup, and teardown.
• Perform special assignments related to exclusive events, special programs, and unique equipment placements.
• Analyze asset and service reports to ensure equipment maximizes performance in service call rate (SCR) and return on investment.
• Hold equipment suppliers accountable for excessive service call rates.
• Maintain cost controls for vending operations.
• Negotiate supplier and equipment vendor contracts to secure competitive pricing and service agreements.
